Howdy, I’m a country girl with a passion for art and design.

A friend and I started Back Forty because we were tired of design jargon and boring refined shit. We wanted something that felt passionate and 100% true to who we are.

It’s just me here now, but this still holds.

We’d both always felt the dichotomy between our country roots and our innate interest in arts and culture. Back Forty represents our belief that design is for everyone, no matter what your background or your tastes.

Oh, hay!
I’m Robin Miller

Not quite as funny as my sometimes design partner, I’m almost guaranteed to not get your pop culture references and will probably crush your hand when we meet, but I’ll make up for it with my warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in your work.

With a decade working in the film and television industry storytelling is second nature to me. My design chops were earned working for graphic and apparel design firms.

Check out our work.
